Myofascial Release


The Fascia are the outside layers of muscle encasing deeper muscular structure. Constriction of these sheaths is often the cause of aches and pains after over-exertion of muscles during sports, training and  working out. A directional or compression technique is employed to stretch and relax the fascia, allowing it to rest in its natural position, relieving tension and pain.

This is great for freeing up stiff or grabing movement .
